Trending @Capgemini; Will there be any hike after promotion from A4 to A5?

I got promoted for the first time as a fresher in Capgemini (A4 to A5) in March 2025. The promotion still didn't reflect on any portal yet and no one is talking about any hike yet. I joined Capgemini as a fresher in 2023 and my salary hasn't increased a single rupee till date. I was expecting something at least after the default promotion we get but April is coming to an end and I still didn't see any hike letter. Does anyone know when do freshers get their first hike or does it happen at all? All my friends in other service based companies got some increment after an year. How long do I have to work for the same pay?
