Will there be a time when english is replaced by a modern language?

Just meant if some more efficient language is on the way and would take over english?

Efficiency se zyada familiarity and comfort ki baat hain.. i feel my answer somewhat does answer your question though.. look for next economic superpowers... english is not efficient language (polysemy, plural constructs) so its used not because of efficiency but because of economic might of the west.
