Will TCS try to retain me?

I was allocated to a pilot project as an SME and now I have created a dependency. I am not happy with the work I get to do so now I have an offer in hand and I can stay in my hometown. Will TCS try to retain me with the same offer and a work from home option.

First, WFH is not going to provide as per policies and if you wanted to raise exception then HR will definitely reject it. Second, about offer match, think wisely for this. If they are matching and you are not happy with work then move ahead is a best option. Do not look for money.
