
Will TCS retain me and match the offered package?
I got an offer from Johnson controls with a 8lpa package. I have resigned from my position and I am not going to the office for a long time without any exception. Due to the fact that I am a critical resource my manager is not caring much.
HR called me and said you would have been promoted to C1 by this year ( I am C1Y grande now) due to your RTO being 0%, you were not eligible and also I am an ignite trainee. So my colleague said I am not eligible for the promotion.
So, My doubt is will TCS match my salary to retain me (present 3.9 lpa)? If they give promotion how much hike will it be? And switching is better now ..? I don't know much about my future company johnson controls.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

But without thinking much about TCS,just move on with the offer that you got from other company as along with better pay you would get better learning opportunities,better work culture and many more benefits compared to TCS..

Ok .. I am waiting for an offer TCS will propose.
