Will TCS retain me?
I am currently with TCS having CTC 21 lpa and i have got opportunity in tech mahindra of 28 lpa. If i put down papers, will TCS negotiate with salary hike and matching offer?

I don’t think so . I noticed they are retaining people with Low salary and very critical resources.

Based on ur role in ur project. If lot of dependency on u then they will with 20 % . Else they will let u go
