Will TCS retain 3 years of experience person, and give 100% increment, if he is holding 100% Inc offer letter, if he is somewhat of imp in team
Better go out with that 100% increment and every 1 to 2 years, try to change companies and increase your pack. Once you reach 15 yrs exp, settle in a Level 5 company with good pack.
If you accept this 100% here, you will not be able to move from here in future
Very rightly said @PawanKalyan_PK .I am 15+ experienced and I have decided to move out.They tried for retention but when I enquired with 2-3 people who got retained their experience was not good.No change in basic portion.So I thought if I am not moving out now I won't be able to move in future.

I also got 120% hike but they increase nothing in basic salary only give increments in personal professional quarterly bonus
Those can be made zero if u didn't perform well...
Also if you're holding any offer you can have a smooth relevant discussion else they might not agree.
It totally depends on project manager, my friend resigned and they needed him so offered 150% hike from 4LPA to 10LPA
