Will TCS reclaim their brand and name in IT industry

TCS lost the name for 1. Job security - no more guaranteed jobs in TCS people will rethink whenever they get a new offer from TCS. 2. Freshers decline to join - TCS calling freshers very lately. They already went for another job with a good offer. TCS offer letter only used for bargaining. 3. Salary - Low salary maintained in the industry, employees suffered a lot. 4. Seating issues - Organization forces employees to work without a seat in the office. I know many people do not have dedicated seats allocated to them. It is just a simple query if the seat is tagged in your name or not and they can give the WFO exception. Rather they push employees to take responsibility and follow unnecessary processes. While till many startups gave good packages and WFO. HR should help resolve employee issues rather than they are acting opposite. 5. Mindset - Nowadays TCS is not recommended by many people and also suggests joining some other company. Even some people think that working at TCS is like a shame. They are giving good hikes to people with niche skills at par with market standards i think it will become like a new company with less people

They are not giving good hikes. Hikes percentage are crunches to its core for everyone. It is decided based on unit and grade level.

Never. I have been going to TCS Yamuna office from last 3 months, but there has not been any official seats allocation done. Due to unallocated seats forced to park vehicles in paid parking as parking stickers are not allocated.

From management just hearing same thing seats will be allocated in 1-2 weeks & same is getting continued.

They are not even providing WFH .

They can only force employees in the name of policy. I guess the policy is not telling to gave the dedicated office seat allocation. Only employees need to come to the office.

Difficult as the new leadership focus is to cut down operations cost rather focusing on new business i.e., every account have 10% to 30% extra headcount from the contractual numbers (due to over commit during solution). They are doing this cost cutting without any due diligence, which will lead to customer esclations and more damage to the brand.
