Will TCS give WFH
Even in War like situation TCS is thinking of its Rules .. policies.. Not even giving WFH to employees...
Msny companies already given WFH ..for them employees should be Safe and secure ..But for TCS employees are nothing ..
They will awake only when something will happen..
But anything happen to any one ..will TCS take responsibility????
If you have that much pblm with this company why cant you leave this. Its like jis thali me khaya usime ched kar rahe ho.
Free fund ka nahi khaa rahe hai . Jitna humko de rahi hai TCS uska triple client se le rahi hai ..
Office me TCS buttering karo shayad 1 percentage appraisal mil jaye tumhe .. ya jaa ke manager ki haa me haa miloo
This is called new TCS with no humanity, do WFH without notice simple where situation is critical.
@SatyaVaachan bhai.. Agree on the point that wfh should be there. No ifs and buts Only thing is how does it matter given current circumstances. Entire country is working as usual, and we should not be the one contributing to any nuissance. WFH maangne ka naya tarika mat dhundo bhai. Nai milega yaha aisa he hai. Anyways none of us are living inside iron dome, trust the ones who are there to protect us and continue as usual.
Naya tarika nahi bhai .. i am doing WFO from the time it started like 3 days a week earlier and 5 days now ..but this situation beingethical brand they should give.. it should not to depends on stituation.. why we think only reactive apprach.. not proactive approach ..
