Will TCS give a retention bonus given the current situation?
Has anybody received the retention bonus post April? I am worried if they would stop this just like cabs and hike
That should be given for sure, because it is mentioned in CTC as it will be provided every anniversary

There was no condition applied in the offer letter for this component unlike variable pay components, so don't worry they can't go against the policies. If abruptly any changes are done now, it's going to be open resignations and more from employees side
This is part of fixed component in ctc. You will definitely receive it. It's not something extra tcs is giving.

Are you sure you got in Notice period? I am serving notice period and when i asked they said it will not be paid
