Open Ultimatix there is a update for quarterly variable that only 70% will get 100% variable something like that

Yes that I saw and it's the same notice which they give that upto c2 100 % will be paid and C3A and above based on company performance

Quick question! I’ve been told that the WFO index is NA for the associates in their joining month. Suppose, if an associate has joined on 3rd Feb, then WFO index would be NA for them. Please clarify.

This certainly means those who are in TCS from starting will hesitate to get promoted to C3A as you might get even less that your current C2 grade due to VP cut.
