Will Tcs fire me if HR escalates against me?

Depends on why you got escalation

Exactly as a lot of our fellow colleagues have mentioned here, it depends on the reason behind HR Escalation. If it's a policy breach, TCOC breach, security breach, etc, then probably, you'll have to face a difficult time in TCS tenure.

As per my knowledge,will be high chances from the same only if have breached any of their rules especially those mentioned in Tata code of conduct
