I am serving a notice period in TCS, i am not going to the office below 60%. will they extend the notice period or take any disciplinary actions due to WFO compliance?

You might have to pay rather than getting salary for your notice period if you don't maintain required WFO index.

Dont think they can w beyond 90 days.. let them cut spme salary also, look forward to your nee company

What I heard is if you don’t maintain 85% index then they are deducting salary . They think if ur not going to office then ur not working at all .
