Will TCS continue doing these firings from now on or will this be normalised after the next 2 quarters?
The same thing happened in 2008 and 2015 then it was normalised.
TCS is on a self sabotage mode.
Things will get normal in a few days.

As per my sources in HR, this will be new norm. Every tear few ppl wil be removed. The policy of benching etc also was changed in this regard.

On the other hand they are hiring people as well, Friday only I took a project interview, all of them joined on 1st September, having experiences around 10-11 Years
