Will tcs blacklist me in future?

Completed my Np with Cognizant(11th July was my LWD)

Got an offer with TCS - 9 lpa ( BGC completed but I am yet to see my doj in ibegin portal management told they are trying to allocate me into a project once it is done I would be knowing my doj itseems HR did mention the same there is some issue with your project allocation)

Will be getting an offer with Infosys - 10 lpa (upon receiving it they might start my bgv)

I'm in bit of dilemma to choose b/w infy or tcs my colleague currently working in tcs he did refer me and got this offer and BGC is completed if I revoke their offer now will they blacklist me in future.

And how is infy with wlb and career growth. Pls suggest.
