Will tcs accept my wfh request
I have 8 months baby and recently my sibling got expired. My family needs me in this tough situation if i ask my rmg to give wfh will they give? Please suggest me what to do

You can take leave without pay if you can manage no other option if you are on bench thr are many policies but RMG will not accept any other request and specially wfh

For 1 yr below child they will give upto kid is of an year age

Instead of asking all these questions think what would you have done on pre COVID era to handle this situation....
Do the same thing don't expect wfh
