Hi, see nothing happens unless you initiate it. Ideally, once you finish MBA u should get hike, but as u r aware of the system 'processes', it will take long time for that. So here's my simple suggestion, reach out to your HRPA/Manager (on email ) with official subject like Query on Salary increment post MBA and be polite in asking the same.

They have to reply officially even if they don't know by finding out from their colleagues on how much % is considered for it as it's an official e-mail.
