Will project Release affect appraisal
I am getting released from the project in Feb. Had anniversary in December. Will this affect the appraisal ?As per my knowledge, It should go as normal and rating and band will be given by my current project and then appraisal. Is there any possibility of not giving rating or band or appraisal not being given bcz on bench or another project??
Bro, getting released from project will definitely affect ur appraisal. 💯 Your current project manager might not give a damn about ur performance once u r on bench. Expect a lower rating and band, and forget about that sweet appraisal money. Better start looking for another project ASAP.
Thanks for replying... Okay, so got that my current manager would not bother about giving good rating. Will being on bench or in project makes any difference. As I am looking for projects but not sure if I will get allocated before going on bench...
Like will appraisal be there for the rating given while being on bench or no appraisal on bench.
