Will people really resign ? after RTO application in QVA and Bonus..? After little hike , PIP, reduction in salary because of D band....vote and reason in comments
This is my third Company and I observed something here, nobody considers leaving or even talking about it is somewhat blasphemous no matter how bad and irrelevant their work is, they seem to be devoted to it even with all their suffering, it was something new to me as I have been changing ships in my sail, I dont consider an organization a final place, yet. I guess most of us here lack competitive technical skills of the market and under the myth of job security they feel so secured they can go through hell but not the exit gate.

I am also 100% agree with you. Here most of people like to obey their managers, without even thinking what is wrong and write and ready to do the shitty work. Sometime the task which should be done by the onsite counter part during his day time, here offshore people ready to do it by working in the night shift, without objecting it. Don't know why they ready to exploit them self, even after getting this shit in his appraisals.

Most cant due to lack of skills. Others can't due to the state of the job market. Few lucky ones may jump ship.
Bro to be frank you need to negotiate it with your recruiter. I know a lot of them just let you go for this shitty 3 month notice period.
Bro I have been trying to switch from last 1 and half years. My total exp is 2.7 years.. I got only one interview with a third party payroll for 6 months contract. I have good exposure in React and web dev..but TCS rmg forced me to work in power bi. What should I do? Other companies are asking for min 4 to 5 years exp
Already resigned. RTO is not mandatory in other companies or they are not asking to report daily its hybrid.
I will resign soon, got an offer from the big 4 and one from the product based company (in pipeline).
Early next week I will get an offer from a product based company.
I don't think TCS will match the salary, but I heard they give 30-35%.
I am not sure about others but I have resigned after getting this shitty band and hike even after working hard from last 2 yrs in tcs.
Many people may not go even after all these things bcoz of the reasons mentioned by people on this post like skills not as per market, people feeling secure and comfort here in a shell which is actually hollow, they have made tcs as their comfort zone and are afraid to swim in ocean. They may feel anxious just by thinking what will happen to me if I leave tcs bcoz in outside world skills matter which lacks here. And may be few more but comfort zone is the main culprit people don't want to go even after all this. But few people will be their who think they have to switch and will try, they may even take risk bcoz they believe they deserve better.

No offer yet but yeah gave interviews in this week since I was preparing from January hoping to get offers may be by next week but not sure on that. Earlier I was not able to give interviews bcoz hrs were not allowing due to 90days notice period until I haven't resigned, after resigning got few calls so atleast able to give interviews now. If I get any offer soon will definitely let you know
I have 4 and half years of experience on the paper. On that, I lost 1 year due to non availability of projects, being on bench, working in a different skillset etc. As a designer , I need to have a portfolio. I have 3 projects that are real time and have worked for the client. No one cares about personal projects. Being in comfort zone and not upskilling is what is hurting my chances of finding a new job. I have a nice college tag and being in comfort zone, I didn’t make the most out of it. So yeah, lack of skills and being in comfort zone is what is affecting my chances of switching. I’m working towards it. I don’t know how many months it will take . But one of the happiest days of my life will be the day I make a switch. Working towards that day.
There is no such rules given govt or any company that to reduce the % of current CTC Also if that is happening then again TCS will have to stand in Court as many years back happened
