Will new job seekers approach TCS for career opportunities in the future?

TCS would never fall short of freshers willing to join it, and slogging 12 hour shifts due to the rapidly growing network of tier 3 and 4 engineering colleges! However, oldies (people in their late mid to late 40s and early 50s) who thought of joining TCS as a retirement home would definitely reconsider their plans!
