Trending @Capgemini; Will My Recent Promotion Affect My Yearly Appraisal Hike?
I'm curious to know if receiving a promotion in October means I'm automatically eligible for a yearly appraisal or salary hike. How does this usually work in most companies?
I also got Rating in Nov and same waiting like you for promotion and hike in October. Yes if we got promoted means will get definitely hike too .

Initially if you promoted to next level in the month of Oct then in the last week of Oct you will get the salary compensation mail from HR. You can see that information on Success factor then compensation section.In that you can check your hike on current salary. And you will get that new salary from the OCT -24 Salary.Also now Year end review process is going on. You will also get hike in April-25 ... Cheers and congratulations 🎉🎉
If u got promotion thn u will not get the annual pay rewiew this year.
