Will my low CTC affect my chances of securing higher compensation?

I was laid off and had to take up a paycut, all years of moving forward got back tracked I started low, now I am back 3 years in my career

What do you suggest - should I leave job and look for better match for my skills or continue with the flow?

I have some savings, I can manage few months
