Trending @Infosys; Will my confirmation get extended or terminated

I joined Infosys 5 months back and got a project immediately right after the first week in Infosys. I did not get good comments for the sept cycle. For all goals I got can do better. In my last team I worked for 12 hrs daily and was forced to support on weekends. So there also I don't have good rapport with my scrum master. Got released from that project 10 days back. Will I be terminated based on my previous ratings
