Will MNCs avoid frequent job hoppers?

I don’t hold it against a candidate at an entry level. But if you keep jumping ship quite frequently and don’t even have one significant work experience that indicates lack of depth in work, for someone at a mid-senior level, and that doesn’t look good imho

Yes nowadays there are filtering questions around them but you can dodge them based on your capabilities
