Trending @Cognizant; Will manager nominate for H1b visa?

Hi team I am in a US account,joined CTS last year in aug 2024 as SA, I asked my manager to keep me in a project sky which allow us to move to other country than US for that I need to leave the project, but on that he said they will nominate me for h1b this December,any guy has idea they will nominate or this is gimmick?please suggest

Now Managers and above will fick with you. Not all but most of them. While you get annual appraisal they get nothing

Talent pool running by gmt team in which requirement will come & if skills suits you will get release from that project
