Will LWP impact the current scenario in TCS?

I asked for a long leave in May even though there was a high dependency on me. At that time, I was planning to go on childcare leave due to personal constraints if I couldn’t manage later. Though I was on earned leave, I was still allocated to the same project. However, in August, without prior intimation, I was released to RMG. I’m currently on childcare leave till November.

I’ve been hearing a lot about the fluidity list and that project calls are not received if someone is on it. Can anyone clarify what the criteria are for being on this list? The lack of clarity is making me quite anxious.
