
Trending @Cognizant; Will layoffs in Cognizant stop after the appraisal month of August ?
CTS is not having enough projects for 1-2 year experienced people and they are laying off bench people more than 55 days ...Are they on a spree to remove people quickly before August?

They do not have project for experienced people too actually they don't have project in the first place no client nothing just drowning inside their worst management

The organization has projects in the pipeline, but the challenge is that they have hired employees with high compensation packages who are not meeting performance expectations. This has negatively impacted the overall budget. As a result, they have halted promotions to phase out underperforming employees. They plan to hire new employees at lower salary levels, present the increased headcount to clients, and secure the necessary budget or payments from them.

Before so that they have less people to give hike to.
