Trending @Accenture; Will it be safe to switch during pregnancy ?
Just wanted to know if anyone here has switched jobs while being pregnant . I want to move out badly due to many reasons but not sure if any other company will hire me knowing I am pregnant and will go for maternity leave . — how was the experience with interviews and onboarding?
I currently have good market knowledge and hands-on practice with the latest tech, but I’m worried that after delivery there will be a gap, and I’m not sure how long it might take to catch up again. Just wanted to know if anyone has switched companies during pregnancy and how that experience was — especially in terms of employer support and transition.

My friend actually joined a new company when she was in her 3rd month of pregnancy. She worked there for 6 months, which made her eligible for paid maternity leave.
Most companies have policies that allow maternity benefits once you’ve completed 6 months of service, so it’s definitely worth giving it a try. If the interviewer is happy with your profile and feels you’re the right fit, you can still get the offer and the maternity benefits.
Don’t stress too much — take it easy and enjoy your pregnancy😊

Thank you so much for your advice

Most probably knowing you will go on maternity leave they won’t hire
