Will it be a bad move to switch now? 4 yoe and 3 companies.

1st Company - 3 years 3 months.
2nd Compamy - 25 days left due to offer with huge pay difference and bigger brand.
Current company - 9 months..planning to switch as soon as I complete 1 year as its becoming quite hectic and theres always layoffs going on.

Will it be wise to switch now or shall I wait 1.5-2 year? I am learning alot here but the pressure is insane with bad wlb...I have no life outside work.
