I completed one year I didn't get any band just got a rating 4. I'm released from the project

For first year, you'll receive rating only.
After completion of your 1 year, from the subsequent April Months in every year you'll be getting bands.
And you'll have to complete the appraisal process before that.
Don't worry you'll be bombarded with reminder mails from HR and Corp Communications in a timely manner to complete appraisals.
