Will I not get Band or hike as I was in ML

Hello everyone,

I joined TCS on November 16, 2022. I worked 10 months on a project and then went on maternity leave. I see in my appraisal that they have mentioned 'long leave exclusion list' that means they don't give me Band Progression and no hike as well.. can anyone please assist me here. I am new to TCS. I don't have much details on this.
