Will I lose my job Offer?

I have 10 YOE, working as tech lead in IT MNC. Current CTC - 11.5 LPA.

Before interview got scheduled I had mentioned to recruiter that my expected CTC is 17-18 LPA, instead of 20 LPA fearing that they may not be ok with the percentage increment.

On final HR round, I asked for a 20 LPA. I was confident because it was my first company shift. HR noted it at the time. I was unsure if it is ok or not.

Got a call yesterday from the recruiter confirming my offer, but asking for confirmation of my initial number, current CTC, YOE, Work location, expected CTC.

This is where he mentioned expected CTC was mentioned as 17-18 previously and now you are mentioning 20 LPA. I told him that I had already told HR to consider Expected as 20 LPA. So he noted it down and told that he'd check back with HR.

Now, worrying if I will lose my offer. Don't know if I needed uo my negotiation.

Will they be okay with my Ask? Is this normal?

don't worry....as you mentioned to consider 20 LPA, it should be fine and what you asked is decent
