Trending @Infosys; Will I go from l1 to l2?

So I have around 3.8years of experience in chich 2.5 as a specialist programmer, last year I got met expectations, but this year I will be getting Commendable as I have worked really well and got multiple insta awards for my work. I also have published articles in the newsletter, and have participated in hackathons. And have also given a tech talk on one of the topics internally. Along with that I have recently completed azure certifications. What are my chances of my promotion to l2.
