The assessment period for November VP is from March to August. So, if you got into a client billable project immediately from June you should get the VP in November, but it will be very less as your YTD utilization will be considered only from June to August.

Variable pay eligibility depends on company policy and joining date. Generally, joining late in May might not qualify for immediate payout. Check with HR for specific details.
