Trending @Accenture; Will I get Promoted?

It's been a month in this company, but after joining here I came to know the given designation is not appropriate to my experience. They gave me an analyst for 5 years experience, still wondering why they provided this. I even reached out to HR after asking my AM, 'After agreeing to all the policies and terms, we can't make any changes now ' by HR. Should I wait till the next promotion cycle or is there any way or POC to deal with or push them and make it L10 or 9? Please help!!!

Try applying internally on workday. Not sure if it will work

Its too late now. You should have checked while receiving Offer letter. Now, you will have to prove ur mettle and push mgmt for long due promotion

To add, Accenture has college passouts working as hr recruiter or coordinating offer letter prep. Some of them are contractual guys. So highly unlikely they will help . Any issue during the hiring process of a candidate for whom they are processing an offer letter will impact their psy, performance or becoming regular employees so they don't listen and cool heels.

Coming straight from the horse's mouth. I had 6+ years of experience and made the mistake of accepting level 11.I joined the pilot and had to work hard to bring my team inti prod phase and then was given promotion. My senior manager and peot lead knew this but couldn't help/ didn't want to help zi don't know. But I would say you did thr right thing by checking with hr.
