Will I get increment if I resign in March?

After resignation in month of March will I get any increment or promotion ? Or what TCS will do in that case!!!

So once the bands are released then next day we can resign and it won’t affect the increment right?

Right but they might hold the increment letter, now TCS is very strict on this due to bad market

If you resign, they will change the band in backend A, B will become C and once letter released they will initiate a talk to retain your self. In this game you will loose your current band for which you were working whole year.
