Trending @Accenture; Will I get hike this year?

I joined accenture last year in Oct, 2023. I am quite confused with recently floating news that accenture is delaying the promotions by 6 months. So will I get hike in this November cycle? And if yes how much percentage can I expect? I joined my first project in May this year. I am a fresher by the way and level 11.

You might not get a hike this November since you joined in October 2023. Hike percentages for freshers are usually around 11%. Keep an eye on company updates.

I was told about this hike in may by my people lead when she explained me variable pay. But is the delay of promotions in anyway going to affect this?
