Will I get Hike for first year

I’ve joined TCS February 2023, now that I’ve completed my first year in TCS will I get band and hike based out of it ? Can anyone explain on this .

I have spoken to HR he said lateral joinee joining before march of any given year will get hikes, employees joining on march or later will not get any hike for the subsequent year

Definately you will get hike ....you will get 2 hikes as Final year Appraisal and Annual appraisal also

You are not eligible for this year. Because 60days not completed from your joining to 1 march.

If you are experience then BIG NO to hike even then you the good rating at project year end, this happened to my friend who outshine and performed beyond but he got 4 rating but no hike which is devasted and humiliating to him, that the worst HR policy in TCS.
