Will I get hike?

Hi, I had joined TCS on 3 April'23 snd have 5 years experience in total. I did not get hike/ anniversary increment in FY 23- 24. My performance has been great. When will I get an increment?

If you already have a good package for your Yoe when compared to your teammates, you will mostly get a B or C. Average 5% you can expect.

"My performance has been great" - Of course it doesnt matter much in your first year. They will give what they choose to give.
