I am an ase and i’ve been on bench for a few months. Since i don’t have any work, i am doing working as a freelancer, will it cause issues if accenture finds out ? can they find out ?

Make sure it doesn't reflect on your of statement. They will never be able to find out. I did it for 4 years.

i have multiple bank accounts, but will they be able to find out via pan card ? the payments will be sent via personal bank accounts i think, not from a company account.

They will not. The problem comes when you join a new company. If the income gets reflected in the PF statements, then you need to disclose your side hustle to the new company. Your current company (Accenture) will not be able to find out in any way.
