Trending @Accenture; Will I get default promotion?
Hi all, I have completed 2 years and joined as an associate , totally there are 3 associates in my team , I am doing well in project and working independently , when I asked my lead about my promotion she said she will push my name and she asked me only to send the achievements and proficiency among 3 of us , She has given very good feedback to me , So please tell me will i get the promotion in December cycle ? If yes when I could know about the confirmation ?
Your completion is not with your other two associates, it's with the other DU team associates. As there is no default promotion now, it's all on budget and performance and how much your lead is capable enough to push your case against the others you're competing.
Promotion is in hands of People lead or Team lead? As my ppl lead and my team lead are different!!
1 you need to be P2 2 it's not default promotion 3 you need to complete 15-18 months 4 there is a eligibility budget which gets allocated for ase so you need to perform better then others to get promoted within your DU
