Will I get an immediate relieve from TCS
I have a situation where I had a client interview pending for the project allocation and got an offer letter from outside the company which is purely a great hike. So , how can i get myself out in this situation and i have 2 weeks of time to join the other organisation. Can anyone help me please (currently on bench) having a temporary allocation for the client round purpose. So what should i do ?

You can talk with your current manager and explain the situation. So, that they can’t take you in to their project. If they onboard you in the project … you will left from organisation in future also. then they again need to search for new associate for the same position. So, better to inform them and come out from that project. Once you released to bench. Then you can talk with RMG about immediate release. They can accept it for bench associates.
There is no law in India which can prevent you from doing that...
