Trending @Capgemini; Will i get a promotion

I am part of Fresher cycle and JFM. I have got my rating as exceptional but still didn’t get any promotion mail neither Hike letter. Asked my manager regarding this said ask HR, and HR isn’t responding.

Can anyone help me understand?
