Trending @Accenture; Will I get a hike after PIP
I am under pip in the last talent discussion because of that I didn't get my variable pay. In the month of January I am under performance improvement program for 1 month and successfully completed. My career level is 11 Will I get a hike in June? Or because of this performance improvement I am not going to get any hike ?
Think about leaving already ... PIP was an indication to you that you are not valued here ... No matter the outcome ... Forget about hikes .. focus on switching

Not a chance bro, they put you in pip for cost cutting. They did not give you bonus nor any hike and you expect that they will give you hike in next quarter, how? They will ask you what have you done in this cycle nothing right? So forget about getting anything from Accenture. Pack your bags and look out for better opportunities outside asap.
