Hi All, In Oct i got promotion from JL4 to JL5 level and my compensation got revised. Now parallely our Annual Performance review also got completed and i got the Outstanding rating so just want to know will i get hike or not?

You will get a hike when the org gets it. Usually in the promotion year it will be less than what your previous role would have got for os rating. As they take into account thta you got promotion hike
