I hv 6 YOE as in software engineer with 3 years python nd 3 year php. Current CTC is 11 lpa . Will I get 22 lpa as I know I am already in underpaid. By switching org will I get ?

Definitely you can get a higher package if you put in honest efforts. Just dont expect CG will match the new ctc.
