Will I ever get a chance to switch

I have working in different domains for different organisations. With the resume draft presented below, I am able to garner few opportunities but nothing fruitful.

Wants to give you a suggestion here no need to write that much of bullet points 3-4 is enough HR is not there to read paragraph or full story just give him idea and in interview you can explain everything
