Trending @Infosys; Will I be selected for the next round

Today I have given my interview in Accenture. I don't know what happened at the time of interview, even for some of the small question s asked I haven't given answer, may be bcoz of little bit tensed. Almost 80% questions I have answered correctly but given a line of sentence not explained clearly. Will I be selected for the next round?
