I will be completing my 30 months on 29 December! My every utilisation is in Green zone and reporting to office more than 3days with 7-9hrs swipe in time! Can any one tell me when will I be getting promoted to Associate and how much it will be!

You will be promoted in Q1 2026, there is also a little chance that you can get promoted in Q4 2025, You need to check with HR on this in Q4
