Will I be getting leave for my marriage

I'm currently in notice period my last day is 15th Jan now I'm joining my new company on 20th Jan will I be getting marriage leave on the month of March if I give notice to the new organisation one month prior ?

I'm very confused what should I be doing ?

Yes you will get but totally depends on manager if you into slcertain project I have taken 1 month of leave immediately after joining new organisation in first month only
