Will I be getting Digital this year?

I have cleared digital in the November 2022 cycle. Digital is not activated due to Band in 2023. Now, they put in the prerequisite to get digital, which is Articulation. As I got digital during the 2022 November cycle, if I get a good brand this year. Will I get digital without Articulation?
